Red Dell Ltd is owned and operated by Managing Director Doug Reddell.
Having grown up in Warkworth and civil construction, Doug started out in youth work before heading offshore working for high net worth individuals, where he learned about professionalism and high expectations.
Doug returned to Warkworth intent on settling down, raising a family and building a business of his own. While working as Project Manager for a multi-lot residential subdivision, he was captured by the idea of creating a progressive contracting business with a truly positive workplace culture that values people.
All of the team are Rodney locals, hand picked for their skill and attitude. Red Dell is dedicated to developing and investing in its crew. Partnered with Connexis, we help employees gain their Level 4 NZC in Infrastructure Works (Civil), so they have a clear career path and recognition for their work and experience.
Red Dell is also partnered with TMS Contracting for haulage, to offer a wide range of services, while keeping the personal touch of an SME.
Red Dell actively supports the local community including Springboard, KidsCan and Matakana Pony Club.
